Last week I got together with a few professional photographer colleagues (including Hannah Duffy from Cambridge and Lisa Scott from Rugby) to share ideas and experiences. That’s one of the nice things about good pro photographers – they aren’t afraid of the competition, they realise the benefits of working together to assist each other and share ideas! Anyway, we took the opportunity to do some ‘urban’ style photography using a professional model called Holly. We each had our own ideas and styles. Regular readers of this blog and people who know me will realise that this isn’t the sort of photography that I do all of the time but I think many of you would be surprised at the variety of work that I do take on. After all, even though I’m known as a wedding photographer around 25-30% of the work I take on is corporate and family portrait based.
