Sue and Jo – Civil Partnership Ceremony at the Golden Lion, Easenhall | Photographed by Victoria Jane Photography

This was a first for me …..and a first for the happy couple too! None of us had ever attended a civil partnership ceremony before so it was an opportunity to learn and photograph something a little different! Jo and Sue asked me to attend and photograph their civil partnership ceremony which was held at the Golden Lion at Easenhall just beyond Brinklow outside Coventry in Warwickshire. Gary, my husband, came along too as a second shooter (which he regularly does). Together, we took hundreds of photographs of the guests before and after the ceremony, the ceremony itself and the celebrations afterwards as well as many ‘family/friends group shots’ and shots of Jo and Sue on their own. A great time was had by all and a very nervous Jo and Sue had a great time on their special day. Here’s a taster of some of my images …….

If you were at Jo and Sue’s civil partnership ceremony you may wish to view more images. They are on Jo and Sue’s private gallery on my main website and they can be viewed by clicking here and entering the password which you can only get from Jo or Sue. Photos can be bought from there if you wish.

Meanwhile, if you have a wedding or a civil partnership ceremony coming up in Warwickshire or perhaps a celebration at the Golden Lion in Easenhall and you would like some lovely photographs to record your special day please give me a call and I’ll be glad to talk to you about your requirements. My number is 07739096632.

Kerry and Wendy | Wedding day Morning Photo Shoot

It was a privilege to do these photos for Kerry and Wendy. They wanted a quiet celebration of their civil partnership ceremony without professional photography but they did want some nice photographs on the morning of their special day.

I arrived at their home with my portable studio equipment in tow and set up my white backdrop and lighting. We then spent about an hour having fun and taking some nice photographs. Here are just a few ….

We had a really nice time and I hope they like their photos. I’ve uploaded many more to their private gallery on my main website. Anyone wishing to view them need to speak to Wendy or Kerry to obtain the password. The gallery can be accessed by clicking here.
